Who we are

This website is run by SunVue Writers LLC, 20 S Charles St Ste 403 #1857, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. It covers SunVue and its two brands, SunVue Writers and SunVue Kennels. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean SunVue Writers LLC.

Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• The contact form on the Home page asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number and the area you are interested in.
• The interest list on the SunVue Kennels Gallery page asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, what you are interested in, and a few words about you and your home.
• Email and phone. If you write to admin@sunvuewriters.com or call us, we receive whatever you include.

We do not ask for payment details, and this website does not take payments. Books are bought on Amazon, under Amazon’s own terms. The SunVue marketplace mentioned on this site is Marketplace Coming Soon: it is not open, and there are no accounts, logins or listings on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your message or request.
• To let you know about adult dogs, puppies or litters you asked about through the interest list.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that handle information for us

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are screened automatically for spam. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the service.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on these pages. To load them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
• Links to other sites. Links to Amazon, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply once you are there.

Cookies and similar storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. It stores one small item in your browser: a note of your cookie choice, so the banner does not appear on every page. That storage is strictly necessary and stays on your device.

You can review or change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. If we ever add visit statistics, they will stay off unless you allow them, and we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. You stay on the interest list until you ask to be removed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can leave the interest list at any time. Email admin@sunvuewriters.com and we will respond as soon as we can, and within any time limit that the law where you live requires. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them.

Security

This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who can see form submissions. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as financial or health details, through the forms.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
